Gabriel Amadeus Hahn - works, compositions and Body Music stage performance

I composed this short cycle of chamber music back in 2020. It was recorded in Tamsui, Taiwan during a music salon and features Natalie Tsai on violin, Po-Yin Tsai on viola, Ang-Lü on piano and a large group of Taiwanese cicadas in the backround (who obviously weren’t wearing masks) and thus, beatifully complement the sonic environment with their noisy drones.

My acappella composition Mountain in the clouds appears on VOCO NOVO’S album Goza Goza, which won Taiwan’s 2024 Golden Melody Award in the category 'best folk album’.
